Adapter for aircraft docking system

Adapter for Aircraft Docking System. This is a mission critical and real time interface/integration software that connects airport's main operational DB and system to aircraft docking system

It was developed for the largest docking system company in the world and runs at multiple airports internationally - Heathrow, Oslo, Gatwick, Hong Kong and Mumbai.

The software was developed in core Java and provides multiple integrations for various airport systems via MQ, web services, IP sockets etc.

Its a self governing and continuously running application that is fully redundant with no single point of failure.

Custom eBook format and reader

This was developed for a leading UK based publisher (among the top 10 publishers in the World).

We created a custom HTML themed vocabulary for eBooks of this scientific journal publisher. Custom tags and attributes to convey rendering information for in-place sliders, voice overs, image effects etc that you can easily associate with advanced rendering of scientific material.

This was an end-to-end project right from analysing their material, to designing effective UI artifacts that will do justice to the material, to actually developing the specialized vocabulary.

We created a shiny, brilliant looking and very user friendly reader for this material that obvoiusly used all the special coding and made lucid, vibrant illustration of both text and media contained in the material.

The application was promoted as an in-app subscription based usage. It thus came with a suite of commercial features including payment gateway, ability to create a group of devices for the same user and auto-syncing.
